I believe that to be a first-class teacher in the 21st century requires applying the best of information technology and computer teaching tools, while still providing personal concern, caring, and time for the students.
I have had extensive undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience in the National University of Singapore, with class sizes ranging from 30 to over 330. I have given many hours of lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. I have taught industry and professional courses.
